Terms & Conditions

  1. Facilities used by Elite Soccer Academy are non-smoking and gum free sites.
  2. No animals, except guide dogs, are allowed onto any site used.
  3. Whilst every effort is made to safeguard an individual’s possessions, any item brought to any activity remains the responsibility of the owner. Elite Soccer Academy will not be obliged to hold onto any items. For the purposes of hygiene (i.e. soiled items) these will be disposed of immediately.
  4. Elite Soccer Academy will not be held responsible for any damage to or theft of any individual’s property.
  5. Any vehicle parked on any site is at the owners’ own risk.
  6. No food or drink (except a participants necessary refreshments) may be brought onto any playing area.
  7. All rubbish must be disposed of in the waste bins provided.
  8. Correct footwear must be worn, namely moulds or astro shoes for the all weather pitches and dry training facilities.
  9. Shin pads must be worn at all times.
  10. No jewellery or watches may be worn whilst participating.
  11. In the event that any child suffers an injury whilst participating in any Elite activity parent/guardians consent for them to receive medical attention.
  12. All and any new sickness, injury, disability or infirmity must immediately be notified and approval must be obtained before a participant will be allowed to continue.
  13. Elite Soccer Academy reserves the right to refuse admission and to exclude any person for any unreasonable behaviour including bad language.
  14. By enrolling a child, parents/guardians agree to be bound by these Term and Conditions.
  15. Parents/guardians consent to promotional photographs of participants being used from time to time.
  16. In providing us with your details and in particular by accessing our online booking system, parents/guardians have voluntarily chosen to provide their personal details and understand that these will be treated as confidential and held in accordance with the Data Protection Act. Such personal information may be used to provide details and services in writing, by telephone or by e-mail.
  17. The appropriate fees must be paid in full in advance prior to any session commencing.

Refunds Policy

You have the right to cancel and receive a full refund within seven days of payment providing your child has not commenced attendance on the relevant programme for which the booking has been made. Otherwise, any fees paid cannot be refunded. Refunds cannot be made in the event of bad weather or for non attendance.
