With “We're developing the grassroots game” being our core message, we provide numerous opportunities for young players to participate and at all levels. Most of these are developed in-house but some are via our external affiliations/strategic partners.
One of the most popular is our Grassroots Section itself where players are able to develop their skills individually along with their teamplay where we have highly qualified match day coaches pitch side.
We have also selected KitAid as our chosen supporting charity where unwanted football kit is sent to benefit children and adults in some of the poorest parts of the World.
KitAid was established in 1998 to support those across Africa, India, Eastern Europe and other developing countries.
It proudly hosts Graham Taylor OBE as its Patron and, in one year alone, sent over 750 boxes of kit (28,500 shirts/kits) to thirty different countries.
